New official lowest weight of 99.7kg!!!! :D :)
My rate of loss slowed down quiet a bit due to my excessive indulging last week Thursday and the weekend. I was expecting a small gain and for my weight to be between 100kg and 100.5kg this morning but a small loss is always welcome :)
We are headed into the festive season and I have accomplished my goal of dropping to 100kg or below before the end of the year with a full month to spare :) Many people, myself included, tend to go off the rails during December. Well, we have to enjoy life a bit and I know I can lose any December gains :)
I've set my new milestone goal weight to 95kg which I want to get to by the end of February(just factoring in the December gains that I need to lose 1st so it may seem like a long time for a 5kg goal).
