I cannot understand todays results as I did not eat much as all because I spean the first half of the day in bed hungover and then could not eat much after that..

I know the weight does change day to day so I will leave it to that
144.4 kg Lost so far: 9.6 kg.    Still to go: 49.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Ah there's some days where you expect more and get nothing back in return. You just have to believe that if you follow the diet you're doing and you're honest with yourself you will get there! :)

can't let a day turn you off it, so just have to stick to it and results will happen

There are SO many factors that can affect your weight loss/gain. Since you write that you were hung over, I assume you've been drinking. The few times I've gotten drunk while watching my weight, I have always gained MASSIVELY a day or two after. I'm sure this is the same. It'll come off quick.
