Haven't been feeling hungry so I was surprised the scale was down again.....going to try to continue just doing what I am doing for now....starting to feel better but need to be a lot better for tomorrow as there is a family get together I would like to go to:) Daughter showed up last night after midnight crying....trouble with a room mate.....we snuggled her and got her off to sleep......guess we shall see what this weekend brings...!!
150.6 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 75.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I'm in the middle of family problems too. Doesn't make for a diet friendly environment.

yes, I cant believe how much goes on with young adults that keep you on your toes....one minute you have a child...the next they move out....then you almost adjust to empty nest....and then they need you again and show up at your door....my nerves kind of race....but it is good she knows she has a place to revive...I think she will head back and work stuff out....just needed a break....then again, at the age she is at.....who knows!

Super loss. Keep going. Our off - spring , we just love them to distraction. They bring their love, lives and heart aches. It's hard to focus on our weight loss when we have family problems. Life is there staring at us, but it's these times which are the toughest , that we need to focus. Our family will resume their lives, and then we are left to carry on. All back to normal with them and we find ourselves 10 paces behind our goals again. It's our time Rachel You are doing so well. I am impressed.✔✔✔

Thanks:) I did start eating a few chips that night but stopped and did some deep breathing,etc!

Yes It is hard sometimes but don't lose your focus play some music that will bring you peace or hope

yes I do play uplifting peaceful music a lot when I am stressed....very helpful:)
