Feel i have really earned this weighloss this week!! Have started my placement in critical care and did my first 12 1/2 hr shift in a while - was so glad i had prepared my food the night before!!
67 kg Lost so far: 3 kg.    Still to go: 7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
