Broke the imfamous 190 line today!!!!! Yippie.... have been following the plan as close to 100%... I am coaching two friends on this way of eating and one has lost 13 pounds in four weeks the other 16 pounds!!!! It really is about eating REAL FOOD!!!! Knowing where it comes from and preparing yourself. Eat volumes of veggies.... berrys galore and minimal lean protiens(size of the palm of your hand or 1g per body weight). drink your water (herbal teas) and you gotta move your BUTT!!! I lost a whole person from my highest weight of 320lbs... still have 29.4 to go but doing the happy happy joy dance!!!
86.0 kg Lost so far: 59.1 kg.    Still to go: 13.4 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
