Well done on making this decision, and all the best to you, as ever. You might want to go a little easy on yourself at this stressful time, though. But you know what's best for you, and I know you won't let those 10lbs hang around! By the way, most of it's water.......

I agree with Mrs Maths and Heidi you will lose it again soon. Also i wouldn't call it wallowing. You have had a lot to deal with. Stress plays havoc with our bodies and i know that from recent experience! The main thing is Jocko you are able to talk about it, or post on here. The support will get you through! ☺

You've a lot happening right now so it's not surprising you've gained. It's easier to grab and eat a handful of biscuits than it is an apple when you're running around a lot. Don't forget to take care of yourself as well as those around you x
