I am disabled making exercising (besides walking in the house) very difficult. My exercise will be to walk around in the house 10 minutes 4 times a day.
101.6 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 17.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
