Desayuno: ok.
1/2 mañana: ok
Comida: Filete de pollocon guisantes y tomate. Manzana.
1/2 tarde: 3 Tés verdes, 12 galletitas de almendra y feta de pavo y queso.
Cena: Filete de pollo y tomate. Pomelo.
Antes de dormir: 2 yogures.
93.8 kg Lost so far: 9.7 kg.    Still to go: 13.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.4 kg a Week
