Ok, we all know what happens when we go off the wagon. After dieting for 14 months and losing 61 lbs.; I let everything go since Thanksgiving. Now for the really hard part--hopping back on. Plan keep a food diary--moving every day--not gain any more. Then start back on watching every bite so I can reach my goal. Sorry to all my friends for being out of touch--haven't even got on the scales until today or gone this site. Hope I can do better in 2012. Happy 2012 to all.
