I had a disappointing, but expected weigh in this morning. I was up 2 pounds, but this weekend I was out of town at the Fort Worth Stockshow. I ate ok, but that combined with no workouts this past week, netted me a gain. Plus this is the bloat week. So basically I had 3 strikes against me.

Never fear, the weight will disappear!!!

I am on track eating, and really didn't do horrible this weekend, just didn't get in the water like I needed to. Avoided the bad foods at the stockshow like funnel cake, cinnamon rolls. Had a hamburger for lunch one day, that night we did eat at the Texas Roadhouse, had a 6 oz sirloin, seasoned rice and salad...The rolls did me in though. I am really not sure how many I ate :( That next day for lunch we had Pappasitos, had chicken fajitas. For dinner last night just a bowl of cereal.

This week, my focus is the workouts. Overslept all last week and then after work there was just no time, trying to pack and get ready to be out of town this past weekend.

So this week, here is to 4:30 mornings again. I just can't rely on evening workouts.

Sunday we are beginning our Healthy Lifestyles Bible Study at my sister-in-laws church. We did this last Spring and it helped me stay accountable because of weighing in front of others and having to talking about our weeks eating and writing it down.

I was going to say, 4:30 seems REALLY early but then I remember you live on a ranch. Then it all makes sense again. Have a great week!!!

Lala, I don't get up at 4:30 for ranchwork, that's for sure!! That's my husbands job. I have to workout that early, because my full-time job is 45 minutes from the house, so I have to leave at 7 every morning. So with getting my self dressed, the boys dressed, eat breakfast, etc. I have to get my workout in before they all get up and start needing "Mommy". Otherwise, I wouldn't get up that early not even to just go to work. That gives me an hour to myself.
