Down 2 lbs!!! I needed this to keep me going! I've been doing the treadmill EVERY day, & upped the intensity, but still only doing 30 min.
58.1 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 6.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.3 kg a Week
