Haha, weather gets colder and I put on some weight. Third year in a row, something is going on.

85.9 kg Lost so far: 8.1 kg. Still to go: 5.9 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

yes we are all fighting nature... we naturally put on weight near the winter months to prepare for the season, back in the day we did not have supermarkets and easy access to food :)
