I am so stoked to have lost nine pounds since the first of the year! It's only 5 ( I think) for my challenges, because I joined them after the first, but still... WOW! My goal is 189 by the end of next week!!!
86.6 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 23.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
