That's much better. 3 lb loss this week is great, but considering I was 206 on Monday I am highly delighted to be at 198 this morning. Just shows what a concerted effort can do. Working again today. The wind has dropped and the sun is out, but as I type this the rain is starting to rattle against my window. My meals are all planned for today, and Saturday and Sunday are "loosely" planned. Planning in advance makes a big difference.

Very well done! Just make sure your meals are enough to stop you feeling hungry in the evening. 1500 is quite a low RDI for you, isn't it? Your daily expenditure is around 2250, so your RDI doesn't really need to be so low normally.
