Baffling. My diet hardly changes (I am way more active on the weekends) but every morning I step on the scale is a surprise. Sometimes up. Sometimes down. No rhyme or reason.
121.4 kg Lost so far: 43.6 kg.    Still to go: 37.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 2.8 kg a Week
