p90x is going well... plyometrics was easier this week than last and so was yoga. I am seeing weight loss and definitely feeling more muscle in my legs. They are a little tighter than they were.
72.8 kg Lost so far: 4.3 kg.    Still to go: 11.6 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
