Still full from last nite which rather surprised me - I thought the meal would have been considered light in nature, but ye gods it's carried me through (and I didn't even eat the chocolate fudge bar I was allowed).
75.7 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 7.7 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
