Evil scale at it again, no changes and no cheating. Go figure 1.5 pounds in a day with NO changes-ugh.
100.2 kg Lost so far: 10.0 kg.    Still to go: 11.8 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

I have had that evil scale at my house also. But it will move on down again. I have seen it happen.

I've seen mine change as much as 7 pounds over the course of a day. Trust the tape measure, and the way your clothes fit.

losing sleep (less than 7-8 hours) can cause weight gain, too...even if you stick to your diet and exercise regimen, lack of sleep will make it all in vain.
