Well back from camping and ate a lot of bad food and more importantly drank a lot of beer, Vodka and Softdrink. Back onto it again today. I was going to keep a written diary of what I ate but after a few to many beers just gave up on the idea lol.
145.6 kg Lost so far: 8.4 kg.    Still to go: 50.6 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

I gave up on registering everything New Year's eve as well. I did pre-assess what I was gonna eat, and keep an eye on it, and I know I am not very far off, but that's as good as it was gonna be. New Year is over, and we're back. Happy New year.
