Just waiting for the scale to sneak up and get me, so far this week it has been kind. Totally faithful, got a wine gift from a friend yesterday, placed it lovingly in my wine cabinet-maybe Thanksgiving as a treat.
Thing is I have goals about weight loss, going to Vegas in November, want to be down a size because I have a lot of cute stuff in the next size down. I did keep my thinner clothes from my prior weight loss as it hasn't been more than 3 years ago that I was 50 pounds lighter than today.
Discovered last time that the longer I stayed in the "Zone" the better I did, have been in the "Zone" for 2 months so feeling pretty good about my journey so far.
