Slowly moving downwards at last. I started to replace 1 meal a day with a protein drink without all the nasties, high protein, high fibre, low sagar and gluten free.

Am not celiac or anything but my IBS soon kicked in with so many foods decided to leave wheat alone for a while to give my digestion a reast. Do not especially go gluten free but sometimes it does happen as a by-product and just make it up as I go along.

Keep with porridge and home made apple puree first thing, a shake which sets nicely in the fridge to soemthing like a mousse, tehn maybe a stir fry and if I get hungry will have something on ryvita like the WW tuna in mayo or just fruit depending how hungry I might feel. Leave it down to the hunger at the time.

With poor digestion uptake of nutrients since the gallbladder removal and was told about possible slight malnutrition thought a way of getting soemthing in the way of vits etc might give me a chance at losing as my body might think its being starved without the gallbladder and I am so hoping that was the answer. No biggie exchanging one meal a day and can live with that.

Now off for a nice stroll around the park before the weather changes for the bad. Take care everyone.
