Week 2 of atkins done, I think I may do 1 more week of phase 1 any thoughts? I treated myself to a slice of banana bread but that's it low carbs I feel good 25 lbs to go
98.4 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 7.7 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

It seems easier to lose in the start so as long as you can do phase 1, you may as well go for the loss!
