I think my scale needs replacing! Too weird that I am now getting 3 or 4 different readings after replacing the battery. I have been totally faithful to my diet and journaling so this must be mechanical. I know I didn't gain 5 pounds in 2 days!
102.1 kg Lost so far: 8.1 kg.    Still to go: 13.7 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
