So have been following my diet exactly, my scale has been acting up so I got a new battery yesterday. Shows an increase of 4 pounds! What! No cheating, no drinking, living a pure life.

I hate scales!
102.8 kg Lost so far: 7.4 kg.    Still to go: 14.3 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

LOL @Erika.. it sounds like a line from Monty Python and the Holy Grail. "A spanking, a spanking!" @Kbrammer, the scale is a dirty, low-down liar. Trust the tape measure and the way your clothes fit.
