Hoped I would loose more than 3 pounds but it is better than nothing ! I only had 2 drinks at the Halloween party and 4 water bottles.... I WAS SO GOOD !

113.4 kg Lost so far: 0 kg. Still to go: 34.0 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 4.8 kg a Week
