A tiny bit down today.Switched to G.I. diet to see if that was better.Feel better in myself and a pound down.As of tomorrow will keep check of calories as plan I have follows types of foods so just want to know I'm not overdoing the calories eaten.Basic & easy to follow & used it many years back which had the bonus of reducing the tummy area.Got more info now so hoping for a steady pound a week loss.If that works I'm fine with that.Fot 14 - 17 pound to lose but so stubborn since gallbladder removed.Heres hoping it works.
