Just went over my limit yesterday but otherwise went well. Back to the lowest I have been since starting the Diet so hope tomorrow will hit the 10kg mark :D
144.5 kg Lost so far: 9.5 kg.    Still to go: 49.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
