I'm worried the scale is being far too cooperative. I got a warning, well yesterday it popped up, that I was losing 8 lbs a week at this rate. But looking at the numbers, I only lost 3.5 lbs in the last 10 days. I'm not sure how they get their figures.
105.7 kg Lost so far: 5.4 kg.    Still to go: 55.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

FatSecret only uses the previous value and current value to calculate a "trend" so if you recorded yesterday and then again today at 1.1 lbs lighter it will say you are loosing 8 lbs a week. That's why I prefer recording an average once a week.
