Went up pound but thought I might. Unexpected day out for dinner etc which on my slow metabolic rate knew for sure would make a difference. Not a problem if I know I'm going out to eat as I calculate it into smartpoints but went way over my allowance. Heyho, was a lovely day and worth it.
