I had a shot when I stepped on the scale today. I was expecting 235.something. I had to walk away, and come back and weigh in again. Yep, same. This means I've broken the 235 barrier. I have not been below that in years. I decided to do measurements. Hip and neck the same, lost an inch on the waist.
106.0 kg Lost so far: 5.2 kg.    Still to go: 56.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
