Planning to do the gym this weekend, haven't been able to do too much at work this week, too busy (yeah I know me first) still have a boss to account to and the work never ends.
103.6 kg Lost so far: 6.6 kg.    Still to go: 15.2 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
