Well this is proving to be a lot more difficult than I imagined.....I have had to take a good long look at what I have been putting into my stomach and realised that I have been simply eating too much of EVERYTHING. So with this in mind I have tried to cut out the biccies at work, my huge breakfast replacing it with fruit and drinking much less wine (only lasted 6 days off the bottle). I have also dropped from 3 to 1 spin class a week but this has more to do with being tired from working extra hours in my part time job. Doing both my jobs I am at about 65 hours a week and just find it a bit too much to do 3 spin classes as well. I have dropped some weight but I know I need to keep up eating less food and allowing myself to get hungry (my biggest fear is feeling hunger) before I eat a slightly smaller portion of food than before........onward and upwards
83.5 kg Lost so far: 5.7 kg.    Still to go: 10.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 2.3 kg a Week
