The doctor's office scale is one lb less than my home scale. I'm trying to decide if I just go by my home scale or if I should subtract one lb from my results.
107.5 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 57.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Keep using your scale. It's about consistency. You weigh yourself more often (for your weigh in days) at home, that way you won't have to keep adjusting it.
