The first week surprised me in that I didn't blow it already and by the end I wasn't bothered by hunger. The support at home is good and I feel like I am mentally ready to do this. Progresso Zero point soups and Lean Cuisine 4 point meals have made dieting easier.

From past experience I know that later weeks won't produce the 6.5 lb weight loss like week 1, but I will count each week a victory if I can control what I am eating.
90.0 kg Lost so far: 2.9 kg.    Still to go: 10.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 2.6 kg a Week
