I have been struggling with my weight for quite some time now and I have he my ups and downs but started the Dukan Diet on Wednesday and currently on day 4 of Attack Mode which isn't easy but already lost 1.8kg... goal is to lose around 1kg per week... maybe even more when I get into my running routine again... it's hard in the winter.
