Good morning!

I am thankful that although I ate whatever I wanted on my birthday (07/30) that I still lost 2oz...lol
Now I am back on the grind! Have a blessed day!
75.3 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 7.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
