I'm in a weird purgatory, eating less, exercising more, and still not losing weight. Discouraging, but it doesn't change my resolve.
131.1 kg Lost so far: 61.2 kg.    Still to go: 17.7 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

You have lost an amazing amount of weight. This might just be a long and nasty plateau. I having been reading in the forums about the Spike deit. A lot of people say that helps them thru these plateaus. Have you had your thryoid checked? Low thyroid makes it difficult to lose weight. Congrats on what you have accomplished so far and good luck with the rest of you journey.

Wow, your doing great! There are things you can do to get the scale moving again. You may also being losing fat and not seeing it on the scale yet. Do some research online and find out ways to get scale moving again.
