I over ate yesterday and I didn't go for a walk either. Seems like I eat when I don't go out! Excercise fills me?
114 kg Lost so far: 18 kg.    Still to go: 14 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

There was a study done recently by the Loughborough University that found exercise does indeed curb your hunger. They were testing women but I'm sure it has the same effect on men. Good luck with your food today!
