I haven't followed program at all - nor going to gym AND IT SHOWS.
I have toget back on the stick - New goal is to get to my 150 by anniversary of starting my weight loss program 1-25-2012. That will be 1 year.
I saw bigget loser finale last night - can't believe the changes. I don't want to or need to lose that much weight - but it is possible for so many to lose so much. I hope that I can lose a small part to get to my goal - only 12 lbs - less than 1%.
