Ate pretty well, lost 5 lbs, but haven't been logging on. Been extremely busy. I have to get back in the groove of loging on every day. I am happy about the 5.
102.1 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 29.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
