G4orce's Journal, 15 Dec 11

After talking to "Mr Supplement" aka Willo shopping I have purchased a few different supplements which are meant to assist with weight loss without losing muscle. I also stocked up on protein powder for breakfast shakes.

Yesterday was a good day for food although I did drink a beer, it was low carb but it was still a beer, and it still tasted great :D

I'm glad you enjoyed the beer. I firmly believe that everything you choose is okay, as long as you fit it into your food budget. Well done on the supplements. I'm curious to hear if you feel different using them. Here in my town nothing like that is really available, so I simply have to do without.

I have to say that in my second day on the supplements I can physically feel it is doing something. My stomach seems to be doing a lot more work. I have much more energy which is something one of the Supps does. Increased energy means faster metabolism. My body feels like it is going through a detox again with going to the toilet more often. If you are interested what i am taking is a (low-carb) protein shake in the morning, Fish oil (2, 3 times a day) Acetyl L-Carnatine caps (2 twice a day, on empty stomach), Green teas caps (2 twice a day, on empty stomach) and a fat burner (2 twice a day, on empty stomach), I am using neuroburn. have a look on ebay they have heaps at great prices and deliver to the door. Of Course do some reasearch on the supps and see if it is for you.
