I did really well on my eating yesterday and I went on my walk. I am still not back to my morning weight tho after my bing on Monday evening lol. live and learn! lol.
113.5 kg Lost so far: 18.5 kg.    Still to go: 13.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
