Another two walks yesterday. one 2 mile another 3.7 mile. I cannot believe how much better I feel.
113.9 kg Lost so far: 18.1 kg.    Still to go: 13.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

It really makes a difference, doesn't it? I love my Fitbit for setting me challenges in steps and getting me moving every hour (I'm a sucker for a challenge)

Walking makes you feel a lot better. Doesn't do much for losing weight but certainly makes you fitter.
