Since the first of the year I have only lost 9.8 lbs so I guess I better gets but but in gear. my goal was to be at 150 by the end of the year so I still have 89 lbs to go I want to at least lose 40 lbs by Dec 31st that will put me under 200 and I have;t been under 200 for 35 years.
