ok so special relatives have been here plus hubby and I got back into ordering Chinese food and pizza....plus eating the leftovers.....way off track! Then binge ate when I couldn't sleep....I don't seem to do this as much when I am not dieting but still no excuses. Yesterday scale said 334....but didn't get round to being on the computer at all to record it....did ok yesterday until I went to bed and then was hungry and in pain....had a mini binge of bread with peanut butter and honey and a slice of banana loaf! this is what happens to me last few times I try to diet....I have started and failed. At least in my past I was a pretty good dieter for longer periods of time until I lost it and would gain it back!! but lately, the constant pain I am living with is so overwhelming, I find I can't stand life with comfort foods......I am feeling so anxious today. Too much pain and can hardly do a thing, dropping things, unbalanced and weak......was able to get it together for the party on Sunday and for the relatives coming here for the evening...thank goodness....it was nice and I am grateful. today i will keep trying to focus on things i am thankful for so not to let my pain and anxiety dictate my life!!!!
