Well there is nothing to day, I just had a bad week. My twins birthday was last weekend and I guess I just kept eating after that. I will try my hardest to get back on track! thank you to everyone who takes the time to help me in any way. best luck to you all!
73.5 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.6 kg a Week

Hang in there. I know sometimes it is hard to get back on track. I just recently did and I said to myself, do I want to weigh 170 and eat or lose weight and not eat as much. I said that several times my first day back on WW. After a few days, it got easier.

Don't worry about the slip-ups... just jump back on the wagon and remind yourself why you started doing this in the first place. I just keep looking at my holiday snaps... lol, that's enough to keep me motivated!! Hope you have a great weekend and good luck for this week! :o)
