down a pound...Yeah!!!...still struggling with these last few pounds in spite of the fact the old body is falling apart...today, I have to get a new crown from my dentist...Friday I'm seeing the ortho regarding my neck/shoulder pain that's keeping me from my strength exercises...and Monday I was notified that I will go under the knife to fix 3 hernias...crappy news all in one week!!!
