Ok................ so I stopped keeping track and gained 6 lbs. No Bueno.
So I had to return to my roots.
I re-joined the gym that helped me when I was competing... years ago.
I have a work-out partner .. Yea!! and just this morning as I was pushing (6) 45lb on the leg press a member teased... you should put some weight on it.. I'm home.
So I'm starting up my fatsecret log so I can give and take from you positive folks! Enjoy your day! and success in your fitness plans.

Squats and dead lifts with perfect form. Forget the leg press. :) Have fun.

Thanx! I use to train with power lifters and managed to beat up my lower back and knees. My FAVORITE machine is the reverse squat machine. It looks like it should be in a torcher chamber, but it's awesome.

@Jparlett, ugh. Some of us cant do squats or deads. Back issues. But you are right. I can leg about 1100 pounds though. At least I could 3 months ago before I quit lifting to focus on diet.
