I have been eating a lot fewer calories. Before, I snacked all the time, even when I wasn't hungry. Now, I am eating mostly all healthy foods and eating only when I am really hungry. I don't not eliminate anything from my diet, but I think about how foods will make me feel and affect me before I eat them. I am not craving bad foods at all. I am craving healthy foods like whole grains, fruits, veggies, and protein. I don't know what has caused all the changes but am excited to finally be losing weight. I haven't been in the 130's for about two years now.
