Going to work out on my bike today. I still can't do any weights but I figure it is time to start something and stop being so lazy!
I will just have to work out in my pj's because I can't get those sports tops on around my shoulder but that should be no excuse not to workout.
Ready to lose 10 pounds and workout 5-7 days a week like I used to.

Also planning on getting my Christmas shopping done this week. I have my list all made out and now just to get it done.
I think I will do most of it on-line but still will need to get out some.

This weekend I went to Frisco Tx to see my Uncle and pick up a piano.
He gave me our families piano from my great grandmother.
It is a beautiful piano and has all the original ivory keys.
I can't wait to get back into playing!! It has been several years and I am ready to start it back up.
It was always a good way to deal with stress.

Morning exercise: bike 30min/7miles
Hope everyone had a great weekend and is ready to hit the pavement running....literally, lol.
65.8 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.2 kg a Week
